"Recommending Kangke" adopts the ten decade fission model. Platform members are divided into three levels: V1, V2 and v3. When you consume 330 yuan of products, you are v1. “荐康客”采用了十十复制裂变模式。平台会员分为三个等级:V1、V2、V3,当你消费了330元产品后你就是V1,最少推动十人消费后就升级为V2,十个V2再推动十人消费后你就升级为V3,以此类推当然十个V3还要继续推动更多人消费。
这里所说的每人最少要推动十人消费,不等于说你只能推动十人消费,当然是越多越好,横排可以无限制推广发展,没有封顶。不过,你只能拿到V1、V2、V3三级的销售提成,平台不搞多层次奖励。但可以根据你的销售业绩另外有奖励和补贴。
这个“市场服务奖”分为自购回扣和销售奖励两块
自购时,根据自己级别:V1时回扣5%;V2时回扣25%;V3时回扣35%。
当V1开拓市场推荐了他人消费,就会得到销售奖。按照自购回扣(提成)比例,V1推荐了新人消费,这个新人就进入了(第二层)V2行列,每推荐1个新人消费就能得到20%提成。因为我们要减去新到客户(V1)的5%,25%-5%=20%;
当V2行列(无论什么人)推荐了新人消费,新人就进入了(第三层)V3行列,但V2行列的人推荐的新人不属于我们直推,就得把25%的奖励让给V2行列,我们能得到V3行列的10%奖励,35%-25%=10%。
也就是说,当我们成为V1的时候,我们拓宽了市场,我们的团队出现了V2行列、V3行列,每次新的消费我们要么可以拿到V2行列的20%提成、要么可以拿到V3行列的10%的提成。可以yongjiu性拿下去,没有封顶。当然肯定还会出现V4、V5、V6等等行列,但我们的奖励拿到V3行列截止。
奖金会在销售产品后的一个星期后,由系统自动打到我们注册时预留的银行账号上。因为一个星期是客户退换货时间,还不能确定客户一个星期内是否退换货。如果遇到客户退货,则我们的奖励也就不存在了。
当每月奖金发完后,我们过去的业绩就会自动清零,没有积累。
此奖也称“培育奖”。当我们培育了V2或V3市场,两个行列各自都最少有十人消费,我们就升级到了V3级别,每月业绩最少不低于销售额3300元,平台会发给“绩效奖”。
我们下面的团队中,有两个团队各销售了5万元,得到3%的绩效奖;当四个团队各销售了5万元,增加1.5%的绩效奖;当六个团队各销售了5万元,再增加0.5%的绩效奖。
在营销过程中我们还能获得2%的优惠代金券、1%的年终奖、5.5%的店补。这个“店补”是我们在地面开设了营销点,为平台增加了一个销售渠道,因此可以得到5.5%的补贴。
